Background
Petros started his career at a global off-shore law firm before moving to another law firm as a partner and subsequently founding Petros Kiteos LLC. Petros specialises in the areas of financial services and regulatory law, corporate and commercial law as well as real estate and construction matters. Petros has worked extensively on corporate restructurings, licensing and supervision of authorised financial institutions, investment firms, UCITS, payment service providers, e-money institutions, AIFs, as well as full-scope and sub-threshold AIFMS. Petros has a background in Civil Engineering and is registered civil engineer with the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK). This gives him a technical understanding in complex construction projects and a practical approach when it comes to providing legal advice.
